Environmental Investigations
Larsen AVR Group has conducted numerous
environmental investigations to
provide litigation support in connection with class action and other types of
multi-plaintiff lawsuits filed relating to environmental matters.
In connection with each of these matters, we have conducted hundreds of
background investigations and hundreds of interviews, as well as thousands of
hours of research relating to media coverage and public record filings involving
environmental issues.
Larsen AVR Group has investigated
matters relating to water contamination, contaminated dumpsites, and other such
issues. Typically, we are called upon to conduct background research relating to
hundreds of individuals either directly or indirectly involved in the
litigation. The background investigation must be completed quickly and
accurately, so that the client's attorneys can accurately
plan their approach for depositions and trial testimony in a timely fashion.
